Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Project Manager to lead and manage global field medical training initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate training programs, manage content repositories, and ensure seamless operations of Learning Management Systems (LMS). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, execute, and optimize training strategies that align with global medical affairs objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination:
Organize and manage live and virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom.
Ensure participants are informed through clear, timely internal communications about objectives, logistics, and expectations.
Handle scheduling, logistics, and facilitation to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
Content Management:
Oversee the maintenance of LMS, Allego, SharePoint, and other content repositories.
Regularly update and ensure all training materials comply with regulatory standards and remain accurate.
Facilitate post-training processes such as recording, editing, and uploading content for future learning needs.
Program Development:
Collaborate with therapeutic area managers and stakeholders to assess knowledge gaps and develop tailored training curriculums.
Act as the primary administrator for LMS and Allego, managing user groups, training assignments, and configurations.
Continuously refine and optimize training documents and platforms to enhance user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
Align training programs with the latest scientific information and clinical research.
Lead pre-conference training meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Develop surveys and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks or challenges to ensure the success of training initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; a degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and training content development.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Learning Management Systems such as ComplianceWire and Allego.
Experience with content management, instructional design, and SharePoint administration preferred.
Familiarity with Zoom recording and editing tools is an asset.
Core Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Flexible, adaptable, and innovative in problem-solving and process improvement.
Preferred Experience:
Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations.
Ability to travel up to 10% for training sessions or meetings.
