Recruiting Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment
  • Coach and drive your team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Prioritize and delegate job orders amongst your team
  • Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies
  • Strategically partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions 
  • Drive team performance through mentorship, goal setting and proactive engagement
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and sales team, influencing the direction of your division
Recruiting Manager Requirements: 
  • 4+ years of experience working for a third-party recruiting and staffing firm 
  • Prior experience as a supervisor, team lead or mentor for other recruiters
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for team development and growth 
  • Must be willing to work onsite Monday-Thursday; remote flexibility offered on Fridays
