Job Description

We're seeking a talented Video Producer to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about the full spectrum of video production, from concept to post-production, then this is the role for you! 

 
In this role you will plan and execute videos that engage and inform by bringing scripts to life, from concept to the end-product. In doing so, you’ll partner closely with other members of our creative team, key stakeholders across the business, as well as our customers—home service contractors! Through your work, you’ll create video experiences that resonate across every channel and will ultimately help generate leads for our customers! 

 
As a Video Producer you will be responsible for: 
  • Full-Cycle Video Production : Plan, shoot and edit a wide variety of video content, including product videos, customer testimonials, videos for social media, and more!  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align video projects with our goals, keeping all media assets on-brand and on schedule. 
  • Creative Execution : Ensure all video assets meet our creative standards, pushing the boundaries of our brand and delivering high-quality visuals across all content channels.  
  • Project Leadership : Manage multiple projects at a time across various production phases. Effectively communicate ongoing status updates and liaise between various stakeholder groups. 

     
Qualifications 
  • Professional Video Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated professional filmmaking, pre-production experience, and a proven track record of delivering video content on time and on budget. 
  • Technical Experience : Highly skilled in key aspects of video production, including cinema camera gear, lighting, composition, and sound.   
  • On-Camera Direction : Confident directing professional and non-professional talent. 
  • Communication & Time Management : Ability to communicate ideas effectively to all stakeholders and have excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Editing Skills : Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing software). Adobe After Effects experience is not required but would be a plus. 
  • Photography Experience : Basic understanding of flash photography and able to second shoot when needed. 
  • Travel Requirements : Ability to travel (domestically) to client locations up to 4 to 5 times per year.  
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
